For those who are pushed for time and cannot spend an entire day, or for those who feel confident enough in handling hunting birds to miss the morning training session, this ½ day experience is perfect. It also proves to be very popular with many, many of our repeat customers in the winter months.

The session runs as follows:

You will be transferred to our private and scenic Sporting Estate in the Perthshire hills by 4wd vehicle.
On arrival you will be given a full tutorial in the handling and flying of your hunting bird.
Then it’s out on the hill for an afternoon’s sport, watching these awesome predators do what nature has programmed them to do for millennia!
Our quarry on these outings is only natural wild game; our quarries will be mainly rabbit and pheasant but may also feature hare, woodcock and duck!
At the end of the afternoon, your instructor will prepare the day's bag and you can even take away some for a very enjoyable dinner
