Phoenix Falconry (Scotland) LTD do not allow children under the age of 8 onsite due to insurance policy. Please be aware of this fact before purchasing your voucher. 

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. If the goods are not available we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

How to place order

  1. select your desired product/products
  2. Click the ‘add to basket’ button
  3. Once you have added all of your Items to your basket, processed to ‘Checkout’
  4. If you have placed an unwanted item into your basket please click on the ‘remove’ button on the left hand side of the item

This process is offered in English only. The contract that is generated will not be held on any central register of contracts or government body.

We use a secure payment method called Paymentsense please see their website for terms and conditions.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be in accordance with Royal Mail charges at the time of purchase plus packing materials and time (stated on items individually on web site). Goods will be sent out the next working day unless stated otherwise by Royal Mail. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Gift Experience Vouchers

All vouchers issued in good faith are valid for a redemption period of no more than 6 months from the date of sale. Failure on your part to redeem them within this period leaves them nil and void.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. Items may not be cancelled or refunded after this confirmation period (7 days)

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation within the initial 7 days period, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or not described accurately.

Cancellation of a Gift Experience Voucher

Gift Experience vouchers are non refundable at any point but are interchangeable to a third party or part exchange against a superior value voucher with a payment to balance. They are non cash refundable and must be used within the validation period, out with this date they will be classed as nil and void. Once your experience date and times has been confirmed through our booking office you may rearrange your choose date and time up to 7 days prior to the event with no penalty but, within 7 days of the event a cancellation/rearrangement fee of £20.00 per person will be charged at the time of cancellation. Bookings are offered on a first come first served basis, so please leave plenty of time to book  your chosen date as spaces may be limited. All voucher activities must be booked and take place within their validation period.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 21st August 2012. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms willapply to future orders.
