Comments: I am a student at SAC Auchencruve in Ayr, and have always
enjoyed all birds, raptors being my favourite. I am studying for a 4 year
degree in countryside management part of this is producing leaflets, giving
talks using visual aids and understanding the ecosystem. I have chosen
British birds of prey as I have some knowledge and would like a lot more?.

Comments: Heard about you and have worked with falcons before,
thought it would be nice just to have a look around your site. I am 19 years
of age and love working with falcons and other animals, did work experience
at Gentleshaw falcons and zoo in Eccleshall, then went to collage after
leaving school, on animal welfare and care of many types of animals but
falcons are the tops and would really love to be working with them again. At
the moment I am taking driving lessons but when I do pass my test would love
to come and visit you not just on your web site but for real and talk to
yourselves about the birds. Hope to hear from you, Many thanks for putting

at present but use my dads when I visit home, anything you send to the

Comments: I have some hawks nesting in the trees behind my house, but
I have not been to sure what type they were. I thought that they might be
Kestrels but a friend thought from my description that they were Merlins.
After listening to the different calls on this site, I am sure they are
Merlins. Thank-you

Comments: Watched your display at Cardross yesterday, in the rain!!
Took a few photos which I will send if I can access your email address. I
bred Harris Hawks, owls etc. for many years, but my ex husband got the
birds, I got the dog! Recently moved to a farm in Madderty, so I'll be
building some flights soon. I am a research scientist with lots of AI
